JW ANDERSON has announced a new Chief Executive Officer for the first time in the yound designers history. The new CEO Simon Whitehouse, who worked previously at Matthew Williamson and Diesel, will assist in managing the design, retail, and sales teams at the label. The new adjustment to the team coincides with the launch of the first JW Anderson e-commerce platform, which is something Anderson feels will help in connecting better with his customers.
“I wanted someone who had a sales background and someone who could understand the needs of a small business and a younger team,” Anderson said. “The way in which he was speaking, I felt I could trust and look up to him.”
